陈奇敏，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。1996年本科毕业于湖北大学英语系，开始从事英语专业教学工作。2001年获华中师范大学英语语言文学专业硕士学位，2012年获上海外国语大学英语语言文学专业博士学位。2022年赴英国剑桥大学访学。主要研究方向为翻译理论与实践。出版专著1部，译著1部，主持省级科研课题4项，校级科研课题2项，发表学术论文20余篇，主讲英语专业本科生“综合英语”与“基础笔译”等课程，MTI研究生课程“笔译理论与技巧”与“CATTI考试实务”等课程。

Chen Qimin has been a university English teacher since 1996 when she graduated with from Hubei University a BA degree. She got a MA degree from Central China Normal University in 2001 and a PHD degree from Shanghai International Studies University in 2012. In 2022, she went to the Cambridge University of the UK as a visiting scholar funded by the scholarship of CSC. Her research interest covers translation theory and practice. She has presided 4 provincial-level and 2 university-level research projects. Major publications include 1 monograph，1 translated book, and over 20 research papers. Now she teaches courses like “Integrated course of English” “Primary English-Chinese Translation” for English majors, and “Translation theories and skills” “Training for Translation Practice of CATTI” for MTI students.
